As doctors, both my wife an I are extremely concerned with the quality of the food and water that we serve our family. As such, we contacted Mr Mario Ricca of Carico. He introduced us to a water purification system that turned out to be very convenient and efficient.

Months after the water system was installed, we used an independent water testing laboratory to examine the true cleanliness of the water. We were extremely pleased to find that out water was pristine with zero impurities found.

I can hardy begin to tell you how much of a positive difference my Carico mattress has made in my every day life! I have owned the mattress for 3 months now…which is 3 months with no back or neck pain…I would not have believed that a mattress could make such a difference 3 1/2 months ago! Between my husband & myself, we have had 4 MAJOR BACK SURGERIES in the past 5 years, including fusions and disc replacements. Since sleeping on this mattress, my pain, which continued after the surgeries, has been so ignificantly reduced (to a ’1′ on the 1-10 pain scale!) that I no longer take any of my prescribed pain medications OR over-the-counter pain relievers! UNBELIEVABE!!!

Look, you spend a minimum of 1/3 of your life sleeping/in bed…it’s crucially important that you sleep well…actually, it’s medically necessary! This bed is worth every penny…now that I own & have used this, I have to say I would have spent double for this!

To anyone looking for a bed…the search stops here!Take it from someone who has been through 4 beds in 5 years…it doesn’t get better than this.

P.S. I am very warm by nature…in the winter my husband sleeps right next to me & in the summer, across the bed in another zip code! But this bed …I no longer wake up at night feeling too warm…awesome!

I would like to take this time and let you know what an outstanding employee you have in Mario Ricca.  Mario has been our Carico rep for over 17 years.  Since the first time we purchased our filter, Mario has been there whenever a problem has risen.  Not that there have been many problems but sometimes concerns may seem trivia, Mario never downplayed his concern for us.  He has always been a phone call away and has made us feel that we are his only customers at the time.  Sometimes it is easier to complain when you do not get the service you expect but you almost never hear about the good things an employee like Mario does.  Again thank you for Mario.

I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for all your support and help over the years that you have provided for my family and business. Living on Staten Island, certainly adds a higher level of concern for our air and water quality. As you know, I have a large family, each of whom, use the Carico Water Filters, Carico Air filters and various cooking supplies and utensils. We have always enjoyed great service from you, right down to installing the products yourself. Being in business and supporting corporate clients, one of the most critical expectations that our customers expect, is responsiveness and customer satisfaction. A Carico water filtration system has recently been installed in our Levittown medical office. Not only did we have the water filtration system installed for our staff, but also to promote good health and health awareness to our patients.

I have to tell you with no reservations that I have not slept this well in years. In fact, I hate to get out of bed in the morning. We had a Sealy Posturpeadic mattress (which we gave away to someone who needed a mattress) and I always woke up with my back hurting. This new mattress is nothing short of a miracle…and I’ll admit I was skeptical. I thought we wee going to have to spend a lot more on a Temp********. Cora and I are really happy that we met you at the Home Show here in El Paso. I am writing on behalf of my husband and I to let you know what an asset Mario
is to our family and yours, being ”Carico”.

We have been customers since 1997 (for the past 13 years) and Mario
has not missed a beat.  He is always there to update us on new
products, help when something is not working or just passing by to say hello.

Good salesmen are very few and far in between.  Mario is one of those
salesmen.  He is very courteous and kind and likes fine wine!

The main product we have in our home is the NutriTech 15 in. stainless steel water
filter.  We are very happy with this water product which we use for
refilling our water bottles as well as using it for ice cubes.. As Mario says, “whats the point of having clean water
and dirty ice cubes”  He’s soo right!

If there is a salesman of the year award, I hope that Mario Ricca receives
it..  Well deserved..

We love using the Carico product and hope to use more products in the future..
